About:

Andre Keil brings more than 15 years of experience as an executive coach in the leadership-consulting space. His focus is helping leaders respond better to complex, continuously changing business environments so they can become more effective, resilient individuals in both their professional and personal lives.


Andre is adept at both strategic and tactical business thinking, looking at the big picture to determine where to go and then mapping a clear route to get there. He is very experienced at designing and implementing coaching programs and creating content that moves the needle for program participants. With an approachable and curious demeanor, Andre connects with others easily and is a skilled teambuilder.

Andre brings a unique understanding of the value of the coaching role, having managed more than 500 top U.S.-based coaches while holding leadership positions with the Center for Creative Leadership. His early career also included stints in the start-up world, which gave him a broad understanding of the many challenges entrepreneurs and companies can face.


Before his experience as an executive coach, Andre spent over ten years helping build successful technology-based start-ups in California and in Europe, with a focus on Sales, Operations and leading Product Management. In California, he supported the company’s growth that led to a 3X return in equity to investors after 6 years. In Europe,

Andre led Product Management efforts for a Belgian-based start-up, working across cultures with various telecom-based organizations and technology partners.


Dutch by birth, Andre came to the U.S. at age 12 and has subsequently worked across the U.S and Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant University. He is also certified in the use of multiple psychometric assessment tools.


Andre is currently based in North Carolina, where he enjoys spending time with his wife cooking great meals (enjoyed by their two adult children whenever possible), hiking and paddleboarding. He has also recently resumed competitive swimming, a sport he excelled at in his youth.
