Before joining ProjectNext, Josie held leadership roles at Apple and Pandora, where she led complex cross-functional initiatives spanning technical program management, business operations, organizational effectiveness, and client experience. Earlier in her career, she worked at early-stage startups and as an educator—experiences that continue to shape her people-centered approach and her instinct for optimizing systems and processes in a way that works for everyone.
