Rob brings over 25 years experience with advising Fortune 500 executives, surgeons, lawyers, bankers, and athletes to navigate high- pressure environments and accelerate growth. As a trusted turnaround expert, Rob works with leaders who are facing credibility setbacks, performance plateaus, or cultural breakdowns, guiding them to regain traction, rebuild trust, and followership. Rob is the author of the Wall Street Journal best-seller BullyProof: Using Subtle Strength to Influence Alphas and Strengthen Society and Simple is the New Smart, and the creator of the Motivational Currency® Calculator, a practical self-awareness development tool that gives you insights into what drives you, as well as how effective you are at reading and leading others.


Rob started out at Hay Group/Korn Ferry in the Global Talent and Leadership practice and was a Principal at Leadership Research Institute. He has advised leaders across industries who are focused on increasing impact, restoring influence, and creating cultures that perform. Whether guiding a CEO through a turnaround, aligning a team after rapid growth, or equipping leaders to influence through adversity, his approach is business forward and grounded in practical psychology and strategic insight. He is the co-founder and President of the 911 inspired nonprofit Hold the Door for Others. The mission is to equip people to grow through adversity and trauma with meaning and purpose. He advises with the core belief that leadership starts with character, and the most effective leaders move people with intention, not intensity.
