Rob has 30+ years of experience in executive development, having worked in top business schools, consultancies and run a corporate university for a major multinational, where he has structured and facilitated long-term leadership development programs for senior executives and advanced managers. Rob is an experienced executive coach with thousands of conversations with over 88 nationalities. He uses his learning from these developmental conversations to enhance and bring to life his coaching and facilitation sessions. Rob leverages his background in both business and academics to develop and coach leaders who can build a culture of engagement and commitment in multi-cultural environments.
