Vered has 20 years of global leadership development consulting experience in Multinational Corporations across a diverse range of cultures globally. She is recognized as a warm and engaging facilitator and executive coach, and for building deep and authentic personal connections with clients.

She leverages a highly tuned sense of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness. She’s lived and worked in 9 countries across 4 continents. She works internationally with a diverse range of clients in various industries, Big Tech & Tech, Cybersecurity, Pharma, Luxury Cars & Manufacturing, and Retail.

Prior to joining PNL, Vered spent 13 years with the Center for Creative Leadership® (CCL®) in Brussels, Belgium. She held various roles, including leading Talent Management for CCL’s organizational leadership practice in the EMEA region, and later served as a Global Leadership Development Associate, focusing on delivering leadership development programs across Europe and Singapore. Vered works in a hybrid learning mode – combining both virtual and face-to-face facilitation.

In addition to her facilitation and executive coaching roles, Vered is also a scholar-practitioner. Her articles and publications in the field of executive education have been published globally in various languages (in the USA, Europe, and China) in respected journals, such as the 'Training Journal' in the UK and in the E.Journal 'Ideas for Leaders' in the USA on the following topics; Societal Impact, Organizational Transformation, Networks, Shared Value Creation, CSR, and Leadership Strategy.
